A Peculiar Farm Sandra, or "Lilly" is a registered miniature Highland cow, and she is a true delight. She is a total lover for grain and cookies, also enjoys the cooler fall and winter temperatures. Lilly proudly calved a very handsome, and chunky, black bull this last spring. Even as a first timer she embraced motherhood in stride. We are excited to say she is expecting for the 2024 summer.

Lilith
Lilith
Lillith is an F5 mini-Nubian doe, registered with The Miniature Goat Registry and the Miniature Dairy Goat Association. We brought home over the summer and are exited for her to be a part of our herd. She has bonded closely with our younger doe Smokey; they are pretty attached at the hip. Lilith has definitely become the ringleader of the goats and is the first one to get out of the barn in the morning. She does enjoy sneaking over to the horse trough and try and hangout with the Equines, even though they don't always reciprocate her friendship.

Smokey
SmokeySmokey
Smokey is an F1 mini-Nubian doe that was born right here on our farm. With a beautiful coat and a very sweet disposition, she is a wonderful petite package. Being dam-raised she ended up being quite shy towards us, but because of her love for cookies we won her over pretty quickly.

Jake
Jake in bucketJake
Jake is an F2 mini-Nubian whether that was also born here on our farm. This handsome little man was the runt of not only just his siblings but out of all the kids we had born that spring. With his birth weight being only 2.2 lbs., he had us worried, but his strong appetite and spunky attitude made sure he caught up to the other goat kids. He has always had the biggest personality with the most to say. Like Toki, Jake is very happy with constant love and attention.

Her most favourite things in the world are going for trail rides and going out into the pasture in the spring. Patches is definitely the boss over everyone else and she likes it that way, transitioning under saddle she is very smart and willing with any rider.

Herman
Herman
Herman is a 7-year-old standard sized john. This sweet boy was born in the wild out in Nevada and rounded up through the Bureau of Land Management. After a few rounds through different owners, we ended up purchasing him from the western Colorado-Utah border. With a quiet and shy temperament, it took Herman a while to warm up to us. But now he is a big fan of our homemade livestock-cookies and good scratches behind the ears.
